Jagadambha Bahuuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Sanstha, founded in 2003 by Dr. Shittal A. Watile, aims to provide quality professional education. Jagadambha College of Engineering and Technology, Yavatmal, established by the Sanstha, is located on Nagpur Tuljapur Highway. It started in 2009 with four branches and now offers five core branches of Engineering at B.E. Level. Approved by AICTE and Govt. of Maharashtra, it’s affiliated with Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. Accredited by NAAC with Grade A+ (3.26 CGPA), valid till February 19, 2028, the college strives for excellence in Engineering & Technology.

Eligibility Criteria for Direct Second Year Engineering (B. E.)

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
Passed minimum three years or two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of Candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in any branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent;
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of Candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) and passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject;

Admission Procedure

Registration by candidate for CAP is Mandatory / Compulsory, for admission through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Seats as well as Institute Level Quota (ILQ) Seats,
After online registration, candidate should follow instructions given by competent authority for Verification of Documents and Scrutiny of the registration form at Facilitation center / e-Scrutiny center
Only those candidates will be included in the Merit list prepared by competent authority, whose applications are confirmed by Facilitation Center / e-Scrutiny Center.(As per the guidelines published by State Common Entrance Test Cell , Government of Maharashtra).
